Felicity is a Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) registered Psychologist. She has worked with people of various ages and backgrounds but has a particular passion for working alongside adults 18 years and older to help them be the best versions of themselves and to live a rich, full and meaningful life, whatever that may be. Felicity has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and/or depression, parents experiencing mental health challenges in the perinatal stage of life, individuals with unresolved childhood relational trauma, and individuals with PTSD or Complex PTSD.
Felicity has training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, grief and loss, Written Exposure Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, The Circle ofSecurity Approach, and the Circle of Security Parenting Program. Felicity strongly believes in empowering individuals to develop the skills to enable them to thrive through providing a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgemental space, and has a respectful understanding of each individual’s unique journey.
She has extensive experience working with children and young people (0-18 years) and their parents, with a particular interest in early childhood development, attachment, and parenting. She also has experience working therapeutically with parents navigating the perinatal period.
