Reward Card

Terms & Conditions

The Change for Life reward card is our way of thanking you for being one of our clients. After 10 (1 Hour treatments) of either Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and/or Acupuncture, you will be issued with a reward gift voucher to the value of $72 incl GST, to be used as you wish.

The reward gift voucher can be used on:

  • 1 hour Remedial Massage
  • 1 hour Acupuncture session

If you wish to use the reward gift voucher for any other services you will just need to pay the difference. For example:

  • Pregnancy Massage: (90 mins), the reward voucher plus $26
  • Lymphatic Drainage: (90 mins), the reward voucher plus $26

The reward card is only valid for the person named on the card, however when you receive your reward gift voucher you can use it for yourself or you can pass it on to a friend.

The person named on this card agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Change for Life Reward Programme as set on the website www.changeforlife.com.au, or available from Change for Life. This card is for the exclusive use of the registered person named on this card. Not valid with any other offer and is subject to change without notice.
