Helen Dove
Helen has a diploma of Energetic Healing, Practise Reflexology and is a Reiki Master. She likes to blend these three modalities together to produce a holistic healing experience. She has had success working with a variety of conditions, including depression, emotional and motivational issues as well as lung and kidney conditions. Helen also has an interest in fertility issues and palliative care.
A normal session may include a clearing of the Aura (the energy field that surrounds the body) to bring about increased balance and peace, a Reflexology treatment (working on the belief that various places on the feet relate to all the body systems and thus can be accessed in a totally unobtrusive way to restore the balance and circulation) and incorporating Reiki (the accessing of universal life energy, which is channelled to areas of need, bringing relaxation, gently releasing energy blocks and increasing vitality.
Helen's vision of each session is for the client to be empowered, by learning where they block their own success and peace, and learn tools to support and accelerate their own wellbeing.
