Aaryan aims to educate and empower clients into taking charge of their own health. All treatments from Naturopathy to Remedial Massage are focused on finding the cause as well as alleviating the symptoms. She has expertise in the areas of weight loss, female health related problems, digestive disorders, lymphoedema (lymphatic drainage massage), pregnancy massage (remedial massage) and general back pain (remedial massage).
Aaryan believes that prevention is the best cure and encourages clients to see her for a complete health assessment even in the absence of a specific health problem.
