Certificates can be collected when visiting the clinic or can be paid for over the phone (make sure you have your credit card details ready).
These can be posted to the purchasor or the receiver at your request.
Certificates are valid for 1 year from issue date & may only be redeemed by the person named on the certificate.
Certificates must be presented at the time of consultation.
